Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Lifecare EMS, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your agency. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Lifecare EMS is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for ambulance operations including intake, dispatch, fleet, EMT field workflows, compliance, and analytics. The service is licensed, not sold.

• Maintain accurate account information and protect login credentials.
• Use the service only for lawful, authorized ambulance operations.
• Obtain all necessary consents and authorizations for PHI submitted to the platform.
• Configure roles so that users only access data they are authorized to see.

No unauthorized access attempts, no reverse engineering, no use that violates HIPAA or other applicable law. We may suspend accounts that materially breach these Terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI features (e.g. insurance eligibility screening) are preliminary and do not replace professional verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifecare EMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
